Transducer Test System - TTS-030
Replaces the standard 'Tweezer Test' with a comprehensive elctrical analysis of the ultrasonic system.
Typically, if the user sees ultrasonics being delivered during the bond program no futher tests are undertaken to check the ultrasonic delivery from the generator.
The TTS unit allows the operator to determine the actual frequency passed along the entire ultrasonic sub-system, removing the potential to compund errors by persuing down the wrong process route.
