5630 - Automatic Wedge Wirebonder
The 56xx series fills the gap between traditional step-back bonders & fully automatic machines.
Designed with user flexibility in mind the 56xx bonder can be used in either 'point and shoot' mode though joystick control, or automatically via the software driven PRU system.
Bond heads can be interchanged by a quick release system.
